In response to user’s feedback we have added the MAVEN spacecraft to TheSkyLive. MAVEN was launched on Nov 18, 2013 at 18:28 UTC and it is expected to arrive to Mars on September 22, 2014.

The goal of the MAVEN mission is to study the upper atmosphere of Mars. Additional information are available at the MAVEN NASA website.

Below is a screenshot of the current position of MAVEN with respect to Mars and Moon in the Sky taken using the sky chart feature.
